6- Week Healthy Weight Program

This 6-week group program offers ongoing support and motivation to help you set goals and make healthy lifestyle changes. This program has a strong accountability component. Weekly group meetings with a Registered Dietitian will help you learn about healthy eating, stay motivated, feel supported and stick to your plan.

•  Weekly 1 hour group sessions with a Registered Dietitian for 6 weeks.

What to Expect 

•  Learn about nutrition and healthy eating. 
•  Learn strategies to help you lose weight and keep it off.
•  Set realistic goals to help you improve healthy eating and physical  
   activity habits.
•  Receive ongoing information and support to start making changes.
•  Meet others who are working towards similar healthy lifestyle goals.
