Are You ready to make peace with food?

Making Peace With Food is one of the foundational principles of Intuitive Eating, but the most misunderstood.

It is a vital step towards finding freedom, and relief from nagging guilt/shame associated with the diet mentality. 

Making Peace with Food is about having unconditional permission to enjoy all foods with ATTUNEMENT. 


It's about letting go of the rigid food rules in your head and give yourself FULL unconditional permission to enjoy ALL foods.

Making Peace With Food is about making all foods equal, and taking the moral judgement out of eating. 

When you tell yourself certain foods are off limits, this actual intensifies cravings and eventually leads to feelings of deprivation.

In other words, forbidden foods become emotionally charged. 

You may even find yourself thinking about these foods more often and overeat them when you finally give into a craving. 

When you genuinely have unconditional permission to eat, it means that you can ask yourself. 
  • Do I really want this food now?
  • Will I enjoy this food now?
  • You are able to eat without guilt and experience eating for what it is and how it feels physically
