​If you’ve already completed all six weeks of my weight loss program,  and are ready to re-join after a bit of a break, or continue on seamlessly from Phase 1, you can register for Phase 2 and access 6 more weeks of online coaching, education and support! 
In Phase 2, you will continue to build on all the principles you learned in Phase 1, but now it's time to take it up a notch! Weekly lessons will focus on topics like emotional eating, finding personal balance, quick  healthy meals, goal-setting and how to overcome weight loss plateau, just to name a few.
