Tzatziki

​This tzatziki recipe is rich and creamy, bursting with flavour. It makes the perfect dip or spread to serve along side grilled vegetables meats or salads. ​

​Ingredients 
300 mL plain Greek yogurt (4% M.F.) 
1/2 medium sized cucumber, peeled and grated 
1 clove garlic, minced finely
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions 
Peel the cucumber and cut it lengthwise. Remove the seeds and discard. Grate the cucumber onto a piece of paper towel. Wrap the paper towel around the grated cucumber,  squeeze out the moisture and discard. 

In a medium size bowl, combine yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic and salt. Mix to combine, and then refrigerate until ready to serve. 

Tastes great with grilled meats and salads or just as a dip on its own.
