Over the next month I will be your Nutritionist and personal coach, guiding, empowering and inspiring you to set goals, make changes, and take control of your health.

This program is designed to help you develop healthier habits and learn strategies for life long maintenance and balance. ​ No crazy restrictions, no counting carbs, calories or points, because I am not into any of that!

When it comes to healthy eating, I believe that anything that's too difficult or complicated to follow will not last for long. Over the next month  you will focus on developing healthier habits, nourishing your body, eating real food and becoming more active.  Let's get starts! ​

Here's how the program works! 

Each week we will focus on a new topic relating to healthy eating. Topics range from goal setting to portion control, and much much more.

Begin by reviewing the start up guide.  
This guide provides an overview of everything we discussed during our initial consult. It outlines the types of foods you should be eating, foods to limit, how to create balanced meals.

Set S.M.A.R.T Goals 

Once you have reviewed the Start Up Guide your first assignment will be to set 2 S.M.A.R.T. goals that you will work towards, over the next 2-3 weeks.  

​One of the strongest predictors of long term weight loss success is starting with the right goals. Realistic, well-planned goals will help keep you focused and motivated.

​When you're ready, create your 2 SMART goals, and submit them online here.

Create a game plan for the coming week!
Each week you will make a plan for what meals you will prepare at home that week. This is your game plan for the week. Every week I will be sending you new recipe ideas that are healthy, quick and easy to prepare. But, it will be up to you to create a meal plan that works for you!

My advice when it comes to preparing meals is, cook once....eat twice. Leftovers are you friend.

Don't re-invent the wheel. Choose healthy meals that you already know and love.  Pick and choose from the ideas I send you, if you're ready to try something new. Here is weekly meal planning template you can use.

​Regular Check Ins


 I will be contacting you on a regular basis to "check in" and see how you're doing. Throughout the week I will be sharing with you photos of some of the foods I am eating, healthy recipe ideas and tips to help you save time and stay motivated. Your job is to stay engaged and to reply and let me know how you're doing.

​TRACK YOUR PROGRESS 


Once a week you will enter your weight in the online progress tracker. At the same time you tell me if you have met your S.M.A.R.T. goals for the week and rate how you're feeling. With this information I will know how you're progressing and what level support you may need for the coming week.

Ask for help when you need it. 

Making changes can be tough and some days will be easier than others. Developing healthier habits is a process, characterised by set backs and failures along the way. If you're committed to the journey, I am committed to helping you get there.
