Hi There, I'm Keely

For years, I believed that overcoming food struggles was just about eating less and moving more—until I saw firsthand that traditional advice wasn’t getting to the root of the problem.

No matter how much nutrition knowledge my clients had, something deeper kept pulling them back into binge eating, guilt and shame.

I realized I was treating the symptoms, not the cause—and that’s when everything changed.
​
I went back to school, earning a PhD to understand the science behind behaviour change and lasting transformation, and became a Certified Coach and Intuitive Eating Counsellor.

With this, I developed The Path to Peace Program—a proven, compassion-based approach to help women heal their relationship with food and finally break free from the cycle.
