Gluten -Free Flour Blend
If you suffer from food allergies or sensitivities, this gluten free flour blend is a great substitute for regular flour in many recipes. This blend is gluten free, vegan and dairy free, perfect homemade cakes, cookies, muffins and more.
2 cups potato starch (not the same as potato flour)
2 cups sorghum flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1 Tbsp xanthan gum
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk together until well blended. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 months.
