Chia Seed Power Smoothie

Makes: 1 serving
1 serving contains 201 kcal; 10 g protein 
Ingredients 

250 mL unsweetened soy milk 
125 mL frozen berries (~68 g)
1/2 banana
250 mL or 32 g raw spinach leaves
5 g chia seeds (5 mL)
1 cup water 
2-3 Ice cubes 

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and add water. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
