BAKED PEARS WITH CINNAMON
These baked pears can be a sweet and simple snack or a decadent dessert. Serve them on their own or try them topped with coconut yogurt, cream, nuts or granola.
Ripe pears, cut in half
1/2 tsp pure maple syrup (per pear)
generous sprinkle of cinnamon
1 Tbsp double cream, crème fraîche or coconut yogurt
Chopped nuts (try walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds or pistachios)
